In the event of Account termination for cause (i.e., due to violation of these Terms), rgo303 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance, void pending bets, and retain any deposits as compensation for damages. If your Account is terminated without cause, any available Balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees.
If your Account remains inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months or more, we may classify it as dormant and charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 10% of the remaining Balance, whichever is less, until the Balance is exhausted or the Account is reactivated.
